    In the main, I leverage a hybrid flexible methodology that combines asynchronous and synchronous engagement modes maximising productivity whilst ensuring efficient collaboration (including focused outcome driven discussions and working sessions) as/when desired.

    Depending on your context, and in agreement with you, I would build in dedicated blocks of time for alignment meetings, for strategy and project goal discussions, and time dedicated to individual work, in which timely updates would be provided and work in progress shared via the the designated channels.
